As Canada's newest landmark concert destination, Rogers Stadium is dedicated to providing the highest quality of accessible services for all guests. It is important that we provide customer service in a manner accessible to all, and we welcome patrons of all abilities to utilize our services.
ROGERS STADIUM ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
For assistance while on-site during an event, please send an email to accessibilitycoordinator@livenation.com or send us a message on Instagram or Facebook. Alternatively, you can visit a Guest Services Pod in Fan Plaza, by Gate 3, or by section North 108.

Accessible seating for events at Rogers Stadium can be purchased online through Ticketmaster.
Accessible and companion seating is located in sections 102, 107, 110, 116, 119, and 124 WCR. To better see these tickets when on the Ticketmaster purchasing page, click on 'Filters', then scroll down and toggle the 'Show accessible seats' tab to on, then hit 'Apply Filters'. The person that requires accessible seating or a third party buying on his/her/their behalf can purchase as many tickets as allowed within the event ticket limit.
Alternatively, accessible seating can be purchased by calling 1-855-682-6736.
Rogers Stadium does not have designated companion seating. The person that requires accessible seating or a third party buying on his/her/their behalf can purchase as many tickets as allowed within the event ticket limit in an accessible seating section to account for all party members.
Guests with valid tickets for events at Rogers Stadium may visit any Guest Services Pod to inquire about an accessibility relocation seat. Please be advised that such exchanges and relocations are very limited and subject to seat availability. Accessible relocations are accommodated on a first-come, first-serve basis with a maximum of (1) accessible ticket and (1) companion ticket.
We are unable to relocate accessible guests in advance of the event. You must be relocated to any available seats by Guest Services as these seats are also sold online to our Accessibility guests and may be occupied.
A limited number of accessible parking spaces are available at Rogers Stadium on event days. To inquire about purchasing an accessible parking pass, please email accessibilitycoordinator@livenation.com with your name and event date that you are attending. Accessible parking passes must be purchased in advance of the event, they cannot be purchased upon arrival at the venue.
Fans that are unable to secure accessible parking are encouraged to utilize a nearby TTC park and ride lot and take the subway to Wilson Station where Wheel-Trans will be offering free shuttle service to the venue. Please see the ‘Accessibility Shuttle’ tab for more information on our accessible shuttle services.
Please note that any fraudulent purchases of an accessible parking pass may be denied entry to the parking lot without a refund.
Venue Shuttles
Free accessibility shuttles will run in a loop between the accessible parking lot and Gate 3 during Rogers Stadium events. Shuttles are equipped with ramps to accommodate fans in wheelchairs or mobility devices.
Once parked or dropped off in the accessible parking lot, please proceed to the shuttle check in tent to load into the vehicle. Support Concierge Staff will be onsite to provide additional directions or assistance if needed.
Pre-registration is not required to gain access to this shuttle. Service will run regularly between 4:00pm and 12:00am on event days only. Please note that the accessibility shuttle service is reserved exclusively for guests with accessible needs and their companions only.
Public Transit Shuttle
Wheel-Trans will be providing free shuttle service between Wilson Station and Rogers Stadium on event days only for fans arriving and departing via public transit. Once at Rogers Stadium, fans can then transfer to the venue shuttle to be brought to Gate 3.
Please check back soon for the Wheel-Trans pick up location at Wilson Station.

Every food and beverage concessions stand in Fan Plaza features one accessible height counter.
Rogers Stadium is committed to accommodating a variety of dietary needs. However, we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled. For a full list of available menu items and their ingredients, please visit Guest Services on the day of your event.
Rogers Stadium will have a selection of Food Trucks on site for events. As vendors regularly rotate their menus, please inquire directly with the Food Trucks regarding dietary needs.
The fan plaza and accessible seating sections at Rogers Stadium are all at ground level and are fully accessible via wheelchairs and/or mobility devices. All accessible seating areas feature ramps to get in and out of the section. There are no elevators or escalators on site.
Please note that fans with standard seating in the West, North, and East sections will be required to climb stairs to reach their seats.
All entry gates at Rogers Stadium are accessible via wheelchair and/or mobility device. Wheelchair escorts to your seats are available at Gate 1 and Gate 3.
Guests in need of first aid assistance should immediately contact the nearest staff member, including but not limited to security, usher, support concierge, or event staff member member. EMT’s are available on site to respond to medical emergencies.
The main medical compound is located at the northwest end of Fan Plaza. EMTs will be located throughout the seating area and fan plaza for mobile health and safety support.
Guest Services Pods are located in the center of Fan Plaza. Main Guest Services is located steps away from Gate 1, to the north of the Merch tent. Additional Guest Services Pods are located by Gate 3 and section North 108. These locations offer assistance with wayfinding, accessibility seat relocations, sensory bags rentals, sensory room and quite room use, and assisting with any inquiries.
American Sign Language (ASL) interpreters are available upon request. To arrange this service, please email accessibilitycoordinator@livenation.com at least 30 days before the event date. Be sure to include the guest’s name, event, seating location, and the size of your party.
Fans seated in accessible seating sections at Rogers Stadium can scan a QR code at their seats to order select food and beverage items directly to their seats. Beverage hawkers will also be servicing accessible sections to provide quick and easy access to purchasing select beverages.
Medical bags are permitted in the venue for Rogers Stadium events. Please note that all bags are subject to security search upon entry.
If you need to enter with prescribed medication to be taken during the event, we require that all medication be in its original container with a name that is verifiable with a photo ID. We cannot store any type of medication. Over-the-counter medication must be in its original packaging.
Mobility devices such as walkers, canes, crutches, and mobility scooters are permitted in the venue at Rogers Stadium.

TTC
Fans taking the TTC to Rogers Stadium should take the subway and/or bus to Downsview Park Station. Fans can then walk south towards Carl Hall Road and the Main Gates of Rogers Stadium. Please note that the walking distance is approximately 1km on a mix of grass, gravel, and pavement.
Fans that require mobility support arriving and departing from Rogers Stadium using the TTC should take the subway and/or bus to Wilson Station. There will be free Wheel-Trans shuttle service operating in a loop between Wilson Station and the accessible parking lot at Rogers Stadium between 4:00pm and 12:00am on event days. Fans can then transfer to the free accessibility venue shuttle that runs between the accessible parking lot and Gate 3 to enter or exit the venue. The same shuttle systems can then be used to transfer back to Wilson Station at the end of the event.
GO Train
Fans taking the GO Train to Rogers Stadium should take the Barrie Line to Downsview Park GO. Fans can then walk south towards Carl Hall Road and the Main Gates of Rogers Stadium. Please note that the walking distance is approximately 1km on a mix of grass, gravel, and pavement.
Fans that require mobility support arriving and departing from Rogers Stadium using the GO train should take the Barrie Line to Downsview Park GO. Once at the station, transfer to the TTC subway and ride south 2 stops to Wilson Station. There will be free Wheel-Trans shuttle service operating in a loop between Wilson Station and the accessible parking lot at Rogers Stadium between 4:00pm and 12:00am on event days. Fans can then transfer to the free accessibility venue shuttle that runs between the accessible parking lot and Gate 3 to enter or exit the venue. The same shuttle systems can then be used to transfer back to Wilson Station at the end of the event.
Ground level, vacuum flushable accessible restrooms can be found in all restroom locations throughout the venue.
The Rogers Stadium Pick Up & Drop Off is located on the south end of the Downsview Runway, with access via 111 Beffort Road. Fans will then need to proceed north towards the venue and Gate 3 to enter the stadium.
Fans that require mobility support can utilize the accessibility shuttle located in the accessible parking lot to shorten the travel time the Gate 3.

Our goal is to provide an inclusive experience for all guests during all events. We strive to raise awareness of the needs and challenges faced by individuals with sensory processing needs by supplying our staff with annual training and by offering the resources and accommodations below to our guests:

KultureCity® Sensory bags containing special KCVIP badges, feeling thermometer, fidget tools, and noise-canceling headphones are available for checkout (at no cost by leaving an ID) at any Guest Services Pod. Sensory bags can be used for all abilities of all ages.

The Chu Family Sensory Room

The Chu Family Sensory Room is located by Gate 3. Any fan that requires a quiet space away from the event or needs a sensory refuge are encouraged to use this space as a quick break before returning to the concert bowl.

Headphone Zone

Headphone zones (loud areas) are located in the entire concert bowl once you enter our seated section.

Guide Dogs and Service Animals are permitted at Rogers Stadium. A detailed description can be found below. If you have further inquiries about bringing your Service Animal or Guide Dog to a concert at Rogers Stadium, please contact accessibilitycoordinator@livenation.com
A person with a Disability is permitted to enter a premises owned and/or operated by the Company accompanied by their Guide Dog or Service Animal and keep that animal with them, unless the Guide Dog or Service Animal is otherwise excluded by law.
In the event that a Guide Dog or Service Animal is excluded from the premises by law, the Company will make efforts to identify other measures that are available to enable the person with a Disability to obtain, use or benefit from the Company’s goods, services or facilities.
Service Animals and Guide Dogs must be supervised by their owners and kept in control when used to access the Company’s goods, services or facilities.
Guide Dog – A guide dog as defined in section 1 of the Blind Persons Rights’ Act is a dog trained as a guide for a person who is blind and having qualifications prescribed by the regulations under the Blind Persons’ Rights Act.
Service Animal – means an animal:

(a) That can be readily identified as one that is being used by the person for reasons relating to the person’s Disability, as a result of visual indicators such as the vest or harness worn by the animal.

(b) For which the person provides documentation from a member of the following regulated health professionals confirming the person requires the animal for reasons relating to the Disability:

i. College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario.

ii. College of Chiropractors of Ontario.

iii. College of Nurses of Ontario.

iv. College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.

v. College of Optometrists of Ontario.

vi. College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.

The Support Concierge team at Rogers Stadium is dedicated to providing specialized accessibility support to fans throughout the venue. They can provide wheelchair escorts, wayfinding services to accessible seating areas, accessibility resources, and the Chu Family Sensory Room. Support Concierge staff can be distinguished by their navy blue visibility vests and will be stationed at all accessible seating sections for quick assistance.
Support Concierges can arrange for a wheelchair escort from the entrance gates to your seats. While all entries are accessible, we recommend all fans that require an escort to enter Rogers Stadium at Gate 1 or Gate 3.
Please note that staff are unable to bring wheelchairs outside the venue’s gates. We are also unable to loan out wheelchairs during the event. Our Support Concierges can arrange for a return trip back to the entrance from your seats at the conclusion of the event.

Fans arriving and departing Rogers Stadium via Wheel-Trans should set their pickup and drop off location to 111 Beffort Road. This will bring the driver to the Rogers Stadium security gate where they can then follow Wheel-Trans signage to the accessible pick up/drop off zone. Fans can then transfer to the accessibility shuttle that runs between the accessible parking lot and Gate 3 to enter or exit the venue.
